These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Beacon product provided by Effectus Digital Pty Ltd ("Effectus Digital," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up and accessing or using the Beacon product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Beacon:

• The Beacon product is provided for your internal business use only. You may not use Beacon for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

  • Interfering with or disrupting the operation of Beacon or the servers or networks connected to Beacon.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Beacon or other users' accounts.
  • Transmitting any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:

• Beacon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Effectus Digital makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of Beacon's content or the suitability of Beacon for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• Effectus Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Beacon, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification:

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Effectus Digital and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of Beacon or any violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law:

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms:

• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
